Mark Greenberg is a partner and Managing Director of our Investment Banking Team with a focus on ecommerce, entertainment, media and sports. Prior to joining Tigress Financial Partners, Mr. Greenberg was a Senior Vice President at Securities America, LLC and oversaw the development and implementation of small business pension plans. Mr. Greenberg was an early adopter of the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) multiple employer format pension plan and had a focus on plan design for high growth technology companies with complex non-resident employee issues in the greater Boston area. Mr. Greenberg has a very extensive background in entertainment, media, music and sports and is an active Member of SAG-AFTRA, the Writer’s Guild of America and the AFL-CIO with over 25 years of professional experience. Mr. Greenberg received a BA from Berklee College. Mr. Greenberg holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
